1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the ZoroDigi website and services. By accessing our website, contacting us, requesting a proposal, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

ZoroDigi is a sub-company of Nayab Enterprises, a business registered in Pakistan.

2. Services

ZoroDigi provides digital and creative services, including but not limited to:

  • Website development
  • WordPress development
  • Shopify development
  • Full stack development
  • Web applications
  • SEO services
  • Social media management
  • Graphic design
  • Logo design
  • Web design
  • Paid advertising support
  • Google Business Profile setup or optimization
  • Google Search Console setup
  • Digital marketing consultation
  • Website maintenance and support

The exact scope of work, pricing, timeline, deliverables, revisions, and payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon before the project begins.

3. Project Scopre

All projects are completed according to the agreed scope of work. The scope may include specific pages, features, designs, content requirements, integrations, platforms, services, or deliverables.

Any work not included in the agreed scope may be treated as additional work and may require additional payment and timeline adjustment.

4. Quotations and Pricing

All prices, packages, and quotations provided by ZoroDigi are based on the information available at the time of discussion.

Pricing may change if:

  • The project requirements change
  • Additional pages, features, or revisions are requested
  • The client delays required content, access, or approvals
  • Third-party costs change
  • New work is added outside the original scope

A project will only begin after the required advance payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Advance payments

ZoroDigi takes advance payments before starting work. The advance amount, remaining balance, and payment schedule will be agreed upon before the project begins.

The client is responsible for making payments according to the agreed payment plan. Delayed payments may result in project delays, paused work, or delayed final delivery.

6. Refund Policy

Payments are refundable only for the portion of work that was agreed upon but not completed, and only when there is a valid reason for the refund request.

Refunds will not apply to work that has already been completed, delivered, shared for review, approved, or used by the client.

Refund requests will be reviewed based on:

  • The agreed project scope
  • Work already completed
  • Work already delivered
  • Time and resources already spent
  • Reason for cancellation or refund request
  • Any delays caused by the client

ZoroDigi reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests based on the project status and agreed terms.

7. Cancellation Policy

A client may request project cancellation by contacting ZoroDigi in writing.

If a project is cancelled after work has started, the client will be responsible for paying for the work completed up to that point. Any eligible refund will be calculated only for the work that was agreed upon but not completed.

ZoroDigi may also pause or cancel a project if:

  • The client does not provide required content, access, or approvals
  • The client delays payment
  • The client requests work outside the agreed scope without approval of additional cost
  • The client behaves in a way that prevents proper project completion
  • The project involves illegal, unethical, harmful, or misleading activity
8. Project Timelines

ZoroDigi provides project timelines based on the agreed scope of work and the client’s requirements.

Project timelines depend on timely client cooperation, including:

  • Providing content
  • Providing images or media
  • Providing login access
  • Giving feedback
  • Approving designs
  • Making payments on time
  • Responding to project-related communication

If the client delays required information, feedback, payment, access, or approvals, the project timeline may be extended.

9. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing all required project materials, including but not limited to:

  • Website content
  • Images and videos
  • Brand guidelines
  • Logo files
  • Product or service details
  • Business information
  • Hosting access
  • Domain access
  • Website login access
  • Social media access
  • Ad account access
  • Plugin, theme, or tool access
  • Final approvals

The client confirms that they have the legal right to use all content, images, files, logos, trademarks, and materials provided to ZoroDigi.

ZoroDigi will not be responsible for copyright, trademark, ownership, or legal issues related to materials provided or approved by the client.

10. Revisions

ZoroDigi provides up to 3 revisions for design-related work, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Revisions must be related to the original agreed scope. Major changes, new concepts, additional pages, new features, or changes outside the original scope may require additional charges.

Bugs related to the agreed scope of work will be considered for correction within two weeks of final deployment. Bugs caused by third-party tools, client changes, plugin updates, hosting issues, unauthorized edits, or work outside the agreed scope may not be covered and may require additional charges.

11. Approval and Final Delivery

Once the client approves the final design, website, content, or project deliverable, the project will be considered approved.

After final approval and deployment, any new changes, additions, redesigns, content updates, or functionality requests may be considered additional work.

Final files, website access, or project delivery may be shared after payment completion, unless otherwise agreed.

12. Ownership of Final Work

The client owns the final approved design, website, or agreed deliverables after full payment has been received.

ZoroDigi may retain the right to display completed work in its portfolio, case studies, website, social media, or marketing materials unless the client requests confidentiality in writing before project completion.

Third-party assets, stock images, plugins, themes, fonts, software, hosting, domains, and tools remain subject to their own licensing terms.

13. Maintenance and Support

ZoroDigi provides maintenance and support only when it is included in the agreed package, proposal, or monthly maintenance plan.

Maintenance may include website updates, content changes, technical support, backups, plugin updates, minor fixes, or performance improvements, depending on the agreed amount and scope.

Work outside the maintenance agreement may require additional charges.

14. Third-Party Costs

The client is responsible for all third-party costs required for the project, including but not limited to:

  • Domain registration
  • Website hosting
  • Premium themes
  • Premium plugins
  • Stock images
  • Fonts
  • Software subscriptions
  • Email services
  • Payment gateways
  • API services
  • Advertising budget
  • Platform fees
  • Third-party integrations

ZoroDigi is not responsible for price changes, renewal fees, service issues, downtime, restrictions, or policy changes caused by third-party providers.

15. Paid Advertising Services

If ZoroDigi provides support for Meta Ads, Google Ads, or other paid advertising platforms, the advertising budget will be paid by the client.

ZoroDigi may assist with campaign setup, ad creatives, ad copy, targeting, landing pages, tracking, and campaign management based on the agreed scope.

ZoroDigi does not guarantee specific leads, sales, revenue, rankings, or advertising results, as performance depends on many factors including budget, market competition, audience, offer, landing page, platform algorithms, and user behavior.

16. SEO and Marketing Results

ZoroDigi follows practical and professional SEO and marketing practices. However, search engine rankings, traffic, leads, and conversions cannot be guaranteed.

SEO and marketing results may depend on:

  • Website condition
  • Competition
  • Industry
  • Search engine updates
  • Content quality
  • Budget
  • Location
  • Technical structure
  • User behavior
  • Market demand

ZoroDigi will be responsible for the agreed work performed, but not for results affected by factors outside our control.

17. Limitation of Liability

ZoroDigi will be liable only for the work completed within the agreed scope of the project.

ZoroDigi will not be responsible for issues caused by:

  • Client-provided content, images, or access
  • Third-party platforms, plugins, themes, hosting, domains, or tools
  • Changes made by the client or another developer
  • Expired licenses or subscriptions
  • Hosting downtime
  • Platform policy changes
  • Malware or security issues outside our control
  • Work requested outside the agreed scope
  • Delayed client responses, approvals, or payments
  • Business losses, lost profits, lost leads, or indirect damages

Our responsibility is limited to correcting issues related to the agreed work performed by ZoroDigi, subject to the project terms.

18. Website Content and Accuracy

ZoroDigi may publish information about services, packages, portfolio work, blogs, or business updates on its website.

We try to keep website content accurate and updated, but we do not guarantee that all website information will always be complete, current, or error-free.

We may update, change, or remove website content at any time without prior notice.

19. Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, designs, layouts, images, icons, branding, and website content created by ZoroDigi for its own website are owned by ZoroDigi or used with permission.

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or reuse our website content, brand assets, designs, or materials without written permission.

Client project ownership will follow the agreed project terms and final payment completion.

20. Confidentiality

ZoroDigi respects client confidentiality and does not intentionally share private project information, login details, business data, or confidential materials with unauthorized parties.

The client is responsible for sharing access securely and updating or removing access when needed after project completion.

21. Prohibited Use

Users and clients agree not to use ZoroDigi services for:

  • Illegal activities
  • Fraudulent work
  • Misleading advertising
  • Copyright infringement
  • Harmful or abusive content
  • Spam or unauthorized marketing
  • Hacking, malware, or security abuse
  • Any activity that violates applicable laws or third-party platform policies

ZoroDigi reserves the right to refuse or stop work that may be illegal, unethical, harmful, or outside acceptable business standards.

22. Changes to Terms

ZoroDigi may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of our website or services after updates means you accept the revised terms.

23. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan.

Any dispute related to ZoroDigi, Nayab Enterprises, our website, or our services shall be handled under the applicable laws and jurisdiction of Pakistan.
